Updating your information

Password

If you’ve forgotten your password or want to change it, tap the "Forgot Password" link on the login page of your app to send a password reset email to your email address on file.

If you know your password but still want to change it, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to your Account page in the bottom right corner of your app;
  2. Go to Settings;
  3. Tap on Password;
  4. Put your current password and choose a new one.


Email address

If you want to change your email, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to your Account page in the bottom right corner of your app;
  2. Go to Settings;
  3. Tap on Email;
  4. Write your old and new email addresses
  5. Confirmation emails will be sent to your old and new emails as a security measure


Phone number

If you want to change your phone number, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to your Account page in the bottom right corner of your app;
  2. Go to Settings;
  3. Tap on Phone number;
  4. Write your old and new phone numbers;
  5. Confirmation will be sent to your new phone number as a security measure.

If you’ve changed your phone number and can't login, please email us at support@passfolio.us for further assistance.


Language

If you want to change the language in your app, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to your Account page in the bottom right corner of your app;
  2. Go to Settings;
  3. Tap on Language;
  4. Choose the language you want in your app.


Notifications

If you want to update your notifications settings, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to your Account Page in the bottom right corner of your app;
  2. Go to Settings;
  3. Change the notifications to the setting you want.


Mailing address

If you want to change your mailing address, please contact us at support@passfolio.us.


Legal name

If you want to change your legal name, please contact us at support@passfolio.us.


Trusted contact person

If you want to change your Trusted Person, please contact us at support@passfolio.us.
