Given my financial situation, should I choose an investment advisory service, a brokerage service or both? Why or why not?
We do not offer investment advisory services. We only offer self-directed brokerage services. See this SEC Investor Bulletin to learn about How to Select an Investment Professional.
How will you choose investments to recommend to me?
We do not choose or recommend investments for our customers. All investment decisions are made by you.
What is your relevant experience, including your licenses, education and other qualifications? What do these qualifications mean?
You can check our licenses and disciplinary history of our firm and our professionals at https://brokercheck.finra.org
Help me understand how these fees and costs might affect my investments. If I give you $10,000 to invest, how much will go to fees and costs, and how much will be invested for me?
We will not invest any funds on your behalf. All investment decisions will be made by you.
We do not charge commissions on trades if the price of the stock is $5 or above. If the price of the stock is under $5, we charge $0.02 per share. You can find information on other charges here.
How might your conflicts of interest affect me, and how will you address them?
Please review our Form CRS for a description of possible conflicts of interest.
As a financial professional, do you have any disciplinary history? For what type of conduct?
Who is my primary contact person? Is he or she a representative of an investment adviser or a broker-dealer? Who can I talk to if I have concerns about how this person is treating me?
There isn’t one specific person assigned to supporting your account. To contact customer support, please email email@example.com.
